All of our industrial equipment is assembled, controlled, and tested in our factory (FAT – Factory Acceptance Test). They are then dismantled and shipped to their destination, where our technical teams help to reassemble them.

Our production lines can incorporate formulation tanks, melters, and storage vessels. Depending on the agitation solution chosen, the tank can accommodate a single, double, or triple movement mixing system with axial, radial, or bottom flow.
The mixing solution you choose can be equipped with specific features such as vacuum or pressure mixing, heating, or cooling. Different methods of ingredient introduction can be done by the top or the bottom of the vessel. Depending on the raw materials used, the method of introduction has an impact on production time and quality.
The Trimix range of homogenizers can perform applications that require simultaneous circulation and shear. This technology combines three co-axial movements with a pendulum agitator, a vessel scraper, and a vessel bottom emulsifier. The Trimix can be adapted to the cleanroom environment and integrated into production lines. It can be equipped with a secure bridging panel adapted for your installation.
For more complex rheology products that have high viscosity and heat exchange, the Multimix range of industrial mixers is the more suitable option.
All stainless steel melters are equipped with an electric heater and an anchor-type stirrer for heat exchange. The ergonomic design of these melters allows easy loading of blocks, flakes, and powders. They can be upgraded to full-fledged, thermostatically-controlled process vessels, disperser or a cooler optional.
VMI has developed a high-performance cleaning and sterilization-in-place system for its production lines. The design of the equipment enables a short cleaning time, which allows frequent batch changes. Vacuum pumps and CIP valves are all integrated in a GMP-correct way, with an easy cleaning of outside surfaces.
Our production lines encourage and empower the automation of processes. A single screen controls the equipment and traces the processes and batches. The operator interface (touch screen HMI) is intuitive, controlling operation and parameters, visualization, and analysis reports.
