All industrial equipment are assembled and tested in our workshops (FAT – Factory Acceptance Test) before being disassembled and sent to their locations of destination where they will be reassembled by our professional staff.

VMI offers a wide range of manufacturing stations: formulation bowls, dissolution bowls, suspension bowls, storage bowls, heaters… The bowl, adapted to your needs, can combine a blending system at 1, 2 or 3 movements and be equipped with specific features:
- Vacuum / Pressure
- Heating / Cooling
- Spring balance.
The simple agitators are made from the range of VMI agitators, according to the specificity of the mixture to achieve.
The products requiring simultaneous actions of circulation and shearing effects can be obtained from the TRIMIX range of machines, combining the effect of a central agitator, a bowl scraper and an emulsifier/disperser in the bowl bottom.
The full-stainless steel heaters proposed by VMI, designed for melting blocks, flakes, etc., integrate an electrical heating as well as an agitation of the anchor type promoting heat exchange. The ergonomic design of these heaters allows easy block loading, and they can evolve into genuine temperature-controlled process bowls, integrating an optional disperser or a cooler.
