The MAG PRO spiral mixer with fixed bowl from BERTO is designed for bakers who want high quality output. The MAG PRO mixer is ideal for users seeking simplicity when producing standard doughs. It features:

  • A digital control panel that simplifies control of mixing and enables bakers to program up to 20 recipes
  • 2 tool speeds and a bowl reverse speed for easier dough unloading
  • 2 independent motors that guarantee consistency and power during kneading operations
  • A wheeled frame with adjustable feet for easier installation and cleaning
  • A clear dust cover (with hatch) to limit flour projections and allow the addition of small ingredients during mixing
  • A drain plug for effective bowl cleaning

Capacities available: 60, 80, 120, 160, and 200 kg of dough*
(maximum dough capacity for an average hydration rate of 60%).

Easy to use thanks to its electronic control panel that enables bakers to program up to 20 recipes.
Versatility: the pivot in the bowl allows kneading and scraping of small-large quantities of dough.
Efficiency: the mixers can be combined with an elevator and additional stainless steel bowls on wheels to increase production capacity.

The MAG-R PRO spiral mixers are designed for semi-industrial and industrial use. They are suitable for the production of all leavened doughs (excluding doughs with less than 50% hydration).

The MAG-R PRO spiral mixer is a perfect solution for users who desire simplicity and efficiency thanks to:

All the mixers in the MAG-R PRO range are equipped with:

  • A hydraulic system for raising and lowering the head.
  • A removable bowl and a stainless steel cover with a hatch that limits flour dust and enables the addition of small ingredients during mixing.
  • A drain plug for efficient cleaning of the bowl.
  • A by-pass selector to secure the operation of the machine in backup mode.
